If you have children between 6 and 18 years old and you are planning a language visit combined with sports, cultural and leisure activities in Shanghai for them, Olymsus is the best option.

Enrollment Process:
**Please note that for all registrations sent during June and July, payment must be made in full, preferably by credit card.
All staff members have been carefully selected. We are all young people with professional backgrounds in the education sector with extensive experience in dealing with teenagers and studies to prove it. Students are supervised 24 hours/day and 7 days/week by Olymsus's Staff, Security staff and Systems. The ratio of children per instructor is 1 instructor to 6/8 children max.
The insurance policy included in all our programs provides 24-hour healthcare and coverage for accidents or health issues that occur during their stay.
If your child has any additional medical requirements, please let us know on the registration form, detailing the requirement - e.g., medication, dietary requirements, illnesses, allergies, etc. The group leader will take care of all individual details for each student.
Due to the sun and temperatures, it will be necessary to drink plenty of water, to protect yourself from the sun and wear a cap during sport activities. Please ensure that your kid is carrying a sunscreen 50+ SPF
The plane ticket is not included in the price. Please, be sure that the destination is the airport of Hongqiao (first choic) or the airport of Pudong.
If a student requires an individual transfer from the airport (e.g. takes a flight at an unusual time or is traveling on his/her own), they will also be picked up by an Olymsus group leader.
Transfers from/to the airport has the extra cost of 200¥/transfer or 300¥/transfer.
We hope that all children joining us for a holiday at Olymsus will enjoy all aspects of their stay. And that is why we work to keep the environment of our camp healthy, and pleasant for everyone (students, Olymsus staff and parents).
We will not tolerate any kind of anti-social behaviour. Any teasing, bullying or unacceptable behaviour will be dealt with by the Centre Manager as a matter of urgency. Fortunately, there are very few incidents that require us to enforce our Rules and Code of Conduct.
If, during your stay, your child reports any problems relating to the above, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can deal with the matter immediately. If the Olymsus Director decides that, due to persistent misbehaviour, a child should be sent home, this will be entirely at the expense of the parents/guardians concerned. In these circumstances, a refund will not be considered.
At Olymsus we have a no-tolerance policy on tobacco, drugs and alcohol. They are strictly prohibited. Any Olymsus camper found to be using or trying to use any of the above substances will be sent home immediately, even if they are a regular user at home. Flights will have to be paid by the parents and no refund will be offered. Please make sure that your child has received and read our students guide, and help us to keep our camp clear and safe.
Personal hygiene is very important. It is imperative that all children shower at least once a day after practicing their sport. Employees and program participants are required to follow the recommended hygiene measures. Soap and Water and Disinfectant Alcohol will be used after entering a restroom facility, before lunch or snack times and dinner.
Cleaning staff will spend once a day cleaning the rooms. Even though it is very important to keep the room clean.
Good nutrition is essential for the growth of children. Olymsus will personally see that all our students have a varied diet based on Mediterranean ingredients (fruit, pasta, fish, meat and vegetables).
We adapt our cuisine to our student’s needs: Vegetarian, Vegan, Celiac, Muslim, Coser, Allergies etc. Please make sure that you have provide this information in the enrollment form or the contract.
Parents need to make an appointment with the teacher in advance to visit their children.
Lights out promptly at 10 p.m. every night. We daily inform our students about the time that they have to go to the bed.
